and the promise
Going to be a rough week this week as our bathroom is entirely rebuilt, so we snatched some time down by the river yesterday evening – just to recharge our batteries.

I have always been thrilled by this story of Stephen the Martyr, where God Himself stood to welcome him home. The Glory of evening…

birds settle in the trees
and for now, in this place
the world is at peace
