  1. This is one of the best seasons in NZ – birds in big number are singing everywhere. It is impossible to oversleep … LOL (My experience two years ago in Nelson)

  2. For some reason, I don’t see the romance at first.
    Perhaps it is because I am old and tired?
    The conversation began in the first photo and then continued on.
    I heard the bird on the left say, “Well…what do you want to do today.”
    Then the one on the right replied, “I don’t know…what do you want to do?”
    “I asked you first.”
    ” I said I don’t know. Anything you want to do would be fine with me.”
    “But sweetie, I want to do whatever you want to do.”
    Since neither one of them could come to a decision, they sat together on that branch for many hours, side by side.
    Oh….wait…that is kind of romantic, isn’t it. 🙂
